Every space is unique. We consider size, condition, type of service, frequency, specific needs and level of detail. The estimate is free and transparent, with the scope defined before we start.
Yes. Estimates are free and come with no obligation. When necessary, we visit the property to assess it before sending the proposal.
No. Because every scope is personalized, we prefer to send you a clear number for your specific space rather than a generic price list.
Request an estimate through the website, by phone, text or WhatsApp. After approval, we organize the date, time, team and resources for the service.

Yes. From residences and high-end properties to offices, retail, clinics, institutional environments and operations of different sizes.
We don't perform work that requires specific technical licensing outside professional cleaning, such as electrical, plumbing or structural repairs, pest control or the removal of hazardous, biological or chemical materials. Extreme conditions or risk areas are evaluated individually before booking.

Yes. LC Luxury Clean Services is licensed, insured and bonded, and every team member goes through a background check. Safety, responsibility and trust are part of our standard.
Contact us within 24 hours of completion. We'll assess the situation and, when warranted, return to fix the area related to the contracted scope at no additional cost.
Yes. We serve Jacksonville and many surrounding cities and communities in Duval, St. Johns and Clay County, up to about 40 miles for regular service and further for commercial contracts and larger projects. See service areas
