Why we built this company

That is the principle LC Luxury Clean Services was built on. Not to be one more option in the market, but to establish a service experience marked by refinement, discretion, precision, consistency and professionalism.
True excellence rarely lives only in what everyone can see. It also shows in what could go unnoticed: the finish, the organization, the presentation, the care with every surface, the way we enter and leave a property, and the attention given to every detail.

The founders
Gisele and Eduardo Itaborahy
At the head of LC Luxury Clean Services are Gisele and Eduardo Itaborahy, business owners with higher education, professional qualifications and a track record of managing different businesses and developing people.
In the cleaning industry, they bring nearly 10 years of experience in residential and commercial services, serving clients, building teams and developing professionals in Jacksonville and the surrounding cities and communities.
Along the way, they also owned a restaurant, a bakery and a deli market. Experiences that widened their view of management, service, leadership, hygiene, organization and, above all, the responsibility of building a name people can trust.
When clients ask you to come back, there is a story worth continuing.
Even during the years Gisele and Eduardo dedicated to other ventures, former clients kept looking for them and asking them to return to cleaning. It wasn't just the search for a service. It was the search for people they already trusted.
That is how they decided to return with full force: not to start over, but to turn nearly a decade of experience, relationships and knowledge into a company that is more structured, more refined and ready for the future.

What we don't do. We don't take on work that requires specific technical licensing outside the scope of professional cleaning, such as electrical, plumbing or structural repairs, pest control or the removal of hazardous materials. We only accept services we can perform safely, responsibly and to our standard.
